The Single-Buyer Solution

Corporate sellers need speed, certainty, and one counterparty.

Not a drawn-out, public auction process managed during an already difficult transition. Technique Global Capital acquires whole plants and industrial asset packages before conventional liquidation becomes necessary.

We handle the full downstream process: asset valuation, separation, removal logistics, and site clearance. One counterparty. One decision. Clean exit.

How we work with sellers

“Structured to pursue opportunities where operating capability and transaction speed create value before conventional liquidation processes begin.”

— Bipin Napal, Principal & Founder

“We needed to rationalize the manufacturing business within a short period of time and Technique Global provided the solution maintaining the employees and customers.”

Execution Capabilities

Three core ways we deploy

01 — Full Plant Buy-Outs

Direct principal acquisition of entire manufacturing facilities

No cherry-picking, no partial bids. We acquire the complete asset manifest — one price, one close, full site clearance included.

02 — Corporate Carve-Outs

Turnkey separation and monetization of non-core operations

Underperforming or asset-rich divisions where a decisive principal buyer creates more value than an advisory-led process.

03 — Cross-Border Redeployment

Proven capability in global production-line transfers

Mexico, Asia, Latin America — customs, IMMEX, logistics, and cross-border compliance handled end-to-end through a network built over 25 years.
