Strategic operator and principal with three decades acquiring, restructuring, and monetizing industrial assets across North America, Latin America, Asia, and Europe.
B.Sc. Engineering and M.Sc. Management Science from Imperial College London. Early career at IBM, Xerox, and Nortel Networks before moving into principal-led industrial ventures.
Founded Tekmart International in 1997 — a cross-border industrial execution platform serving Sony, Nokia, Philips, and Elcoteq across four continents, including EMS manufacturing in Suzhou, China and asset stabilization in Gurgaon, India.
In 2013 acquired TCL Multimedia’s Mexico assets and repositioned as TIMS Mexico — a two-site IMMEX-certified platform in Ciudad Juárez and Tijuana supplying Stellantis, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Aptiv, Magna, and Lear.
Operating model spans the full asset lifecycle: origination, transaction structuring, operational stand-up, cross-border execution, and strategic exit — frequently under time pressure, regulatory complexity, and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
